What makes 'Love My Life Healing' unique?

“Love My Life Healing” is a healing practice created by writer, seminar trainer, and energy reader Koume Tanaka.  This practice guides you in how to organize your conscious thoughts and emotions, then have conversations with your inner child that exists within each one of us. The biggest difference between other healing practices is not only venting emotions but recognizing, organizing and incorporating them into the light of the universe. Your body isn’t simply processing the energy but itself is the energy.

There are many experiences that your inner child had. Not only positive experiences such as joy, happiness, and love but also the negative experiences such as sadness, pain and yearning to be loved. "Love My Life Healing" will bring these negative emotions back to the light and integrate with positive emotions to heal. This “integration of energy” work is the most important aspect of  “Love My Life Healing”. This method considers emotions as energies from the origin point and teaches how to connect with your energy body.  Not healing the past from now but healing “now” as you organize the (unresolved) energy left in the past and returning it to the light which is our origin point. 

Understanding your inner child is an important aspect of this healing. Inner child is the energy of memory of the habitual thought patterns, assumptions or misconceptions made by your childhood experiences that are deep within your conscious and subconsciousness. Of course they have many good parts like cheerfulness, curiosity, brightness, honesty and hopeful but the problems repeatedly occurring in life may be unresolved emotions. Your inner child may actually be recreating trauma by attracting circumstances similar to incidents already experienced. The word, Inner child, also called Adult children or Wonder child are terms commonly used in psychology and are related to subconscious behavior.

Who needs 'Love My Life' healing?

The unresolved emotions of our inner child from experienced incidents or trauma might be the reasons you have specific problems (relationship, financial  work, health, etc..) repeatedly occurring in life. To face, reflect, listen to yourself and have a conversation with your inner child will lead you on a clearer path to happiness. Wisdom & the answers to many of your problems are within you. This is a guided healing work for those who are having a hard time in life or feel a lack of self love.

Inner Child Healing Program (4 parts)

Part 1 Early Life
This structured process combines guided sessions with self-directed meditation work. It is designed to support deep emotional integration. The program begins with an initial session including: method introduction, intake interview and a guided healing session focused on your 20-year-old self (60 - 90 minutes). The next session will focus on working progressively back from age 19 to fetal stage. The process is primarily self-guided but supported by direct facilitation with detailed instructions throughout.

Part 2 Adult Life
21 years old to current age (For those who completed the part 1).     
(Sort out your habitual thought patterns, assumptions & beliefs).
Full support for completing part 2 (self work as basis).

Part 3 Beyond the Time Healing 
Your past life (For those completed the part 2). 
(Understand the influences from old memory).

Part 4 Universal Consciousness 
Individual identity to Universal consciousness (For those completed the part 3). 
Composed of two sections:
*Embody universe (Feel the universal energy which is an element within you. Focus to embody this vast consciousness).
*Connect and become one with your future self.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga. Yin postures are more passive postures and offers mostly seated, supine, or low-to the ground with long, gentle stretches and holds.
The term “yin yoga” comes from the Taoist tradition.
While Yang yoga practices (Ashtanga, Vinyasa,etc) physically target the ‘superficial’ muscles, in Yin yoga, we target the deep connective tissues of the body 
The key to practicing Yin Yoga is finding stillness in each position. The goal is to access the deeper tissues of the body, such as connective tissue and fascia, and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint such as the hips, sacrum, spine.
The superficial muscles relax the longer the pose is held, allowing more access to the ligaments and tendons surrounding the joints, as well as the fascia, improve the joint mobility and flexibility 
The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation, as the mind shifts from yang to yin, or from active to passive to promoting self care, self love and a deeper connection and appreciation for oneself.  Also Improve the flow of Chi /Prana which is connecting to the internal organs to function.
